Overview
San Diego homeowners face SCAQMD's neighbor district — the San Diego Air Pollution Control District (SDAPCD) — for wood-burning curtailment. San Diego generally has fewer curtailment days than LA or the Bay Area due to its coastal air patterns, but they do occur. The city has a large number of HOA-governed communities, particularly in north county and the newer inland developments.
